About 900 mg of synthetic Copper Tripeptide-1 per 45 ml bottle, listed fourth on the label after water, trehalose, and glycerin. Koppā states each batch is supplier-certified at 99% minimum purity. Research cited by the brand includes Maquart 1988 (collagen and glycosaminoglycans in fibroblasts), Abdulghani 1998 (collagen in skin biopsies), Leyden 2002 (density, thickness, and firmness in 71 women over 12 weeks), and Badenhorst 2016 (smoothness versus a peptide complex, double-blind, 8 weeks).
Nine-component peptide and collagen complex
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Acetyl Octapeptide-3, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate (SYN-AKE), and carnosine, plus hydrolyzed collagen and collagen (marine-derived) to condition and hold water at the surface.
Four-part hydration system
Glycerin, trehalose, betaine, and polyglutamic acid with sodium hyaluronate to bind and hold water so skin looks plumper and smoother.
Barrier support

How to use
Apply three to four drops to clean, dry skin on the face and neck, morning and/or evening, pressing gently until absorbed. Start once daily or every other day and increase with tolerance. Follow with the Advanced Capsule Cream, and finish mornings with broad-spectrum SPF 30+. It layers under any moisturizer and sunscreen and alongside niacinamide and hyaluronic acid; if you use a low-pH pure L-ascorbic acid serum, keep vitamin C in the morning and GHK-Cu in the evening. Store at 10–25 °C away from light.
